Welcome to Tapo World, a product of Linfield Labs AB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Tapo World enables parents and children to engage in screen‑free interactive play through physical toys and guided activities. Parents are the primary users of the digital interface.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If the Service includes paid features:

Prices are displayed before purchase
Payments are processed through trusted third‑party providers
Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellation policies will be presented before purchase

EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by contacting us at support@linfieldlabs.com.

Note: If you have requested that the Service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linfield Labs AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
